Do I need an account or subscription for the PDF?

No. You can edit an invoice and download its PDF for free without an account. Account features are separate from this device workflow.

Where are my device drafts kept?

Device drafts are saved in this browser on this device. Download a copy to keep. Clearing this site’s browser data removes its drafts.

Can I move my QuickBooks account directly into iv?

You can restore a portable iv invoice JSON after reviewing it. For exports from another service, enter the details manually and check the amounts against your originals. Direct provider import is unavailable.

Will iv send invoices or collect payments automatically?

Send the PDF with your usual email app. Automatic invoice sending, online payment collection and provider synchronization are unavailable.
